This product is a limited experimental lot of raw coffee beans (green bean) from the 2026 harvest season. This lot showcases a more expressive side of Flores coffee through an experimental fermentation process designed to highlight its natural fruit-forward and floral characteristics.

The Process
9 days of Flex Anaerobic fermentation in a low-light environment, followed by 4 weeks of fast drying. The coffee then rests for 2 weeks before hulling and final sorting.

Long fermentation. Layered complexity.
