This is where most shipping issues start. City, Province, and Postal code need to match each other exactly. See below if courier options don't show up.

Once your address is accepted, available shipping options and their cost will appear. Pick one, choose a payment method, and complete your order.

Make sure to check these following things:

Reselect your City from the suggestion list instead of typing it freely, and confirm the Province shown actually matches.
Use the postal code for your exact sub-district (kecamatan), not a general code for the wider city or regency. Look it up on Pos Indonesia's official tool if you're unsure: kodepos.posindonesia.co.id.
Avoid common City mistakes: writing "Kab." instead of "Kabupaten" in full, confusing Kota with Kabupaten, or (Jakarta orders) writing just "Jakarta" instead of the specific city: Jakarta Pusat, Utara, Selatan, Barat, or Timur.
