This product is a limited experimental lot of raw coffee beans (green bean) from the 2026 harvest season. This lot showcases a more expressive side of Flores coffee through an experimental fermentation process designed to highlight its natural fruit-forward and floral characteristics.

Moisture Content: 10%–12%
Process: Flex Anaerobic Fermentation for 5 days with Low-light environment. Slow Dry the coffee for 4 weeks. We rest the coffee for 15 days before hulling and sorting.
